Advantis Asset Trade Credit (ATC) Program
The Advantis Asset Trade Credit (ATC) Program offers corporate
trade clients the ability to obtain up to full wholesale value for their underperforming assets
and the ability to utilize their excess capacity to gain market share and increase profits.
Advantis has the ability to help mid-sized and large corporations
with almost any type of inventory problem by offering creative financial solutions based upon
years of industry experience.
Advantis works with an international network of partners and
affiliates and offer the following corporate barter service under this program:
Issuing Asset Trade Credits to our clients for their underperforming assets and excess capacities.
Remarketing our clients' assets and/or capacities through pre-authorized distribution channels.
Redeeming our clients' Asset Trade Credits for a variety of goods and services that they require for
their operations
Examples of underperforming assets include limited shelf life foods and inventory past its useful life.
Examples of excess capacities include empty hotel rooms, idle printing press time or other idle production
capacity.
There are several benefits that our clients realize from a result of entering into a business relationship
with Advantis International. First, we will help our corporate clients turn
potentially serious inventory problems into a valuable financial asset -- Advantis
Asset Trade Credits -- that in turn can be used to offset a portion of the cash expense in acquiring needed
goods or services. As a result, clients avoid costly liquidation and financial losses on their excess or
outdated inventories. Secondly, clients are assured that their excess inventories or other underperforming
assets will be used to offset a portion of their existing cash expenses on media or other goods and services
that they require for the ongoing operations of their business. Finally, Advantis International
remarkets the inventory or capacity with our client, maintaining direction and agreed upon control. As a
result our clients effectively exchange their excess or slow moving inventory and under-utilized capacity to
pay for a portion of their purchasing.
